‘I’d written this song when having overwhelming feelings of love and joy that I didn’t think it’d suit the final project, and considered just ending it with the 4th psychiatrist session. However, then I remembered that almost every musical has that one happy song at the end where everybody sings and it’s the feel good catchy song.

I tried to make it as poppy and melodically catchy as possible to leave everyone on a feel-good mood at the very end. The musical started off in a power metal style and began getting darker and more evil throughout. The inclusion of this song, makes you realise how it’s gone full circle and is now complete. Try getting it out of your head…’
