about

‘The final psychiatrist session is the happiest and most upbeat out of them all. He finally understands who he is and can come to terms with this. I was hoping from this point of the story to finally resolve itself and uncover the true theme. Noah started off believing he was a hero, and thought of himself greatly. Then he began to realise in fact he is not as great as he once thought.

He was in fact a villain, and by this point, he’s starting to accept that and has become complete with who he is. The whole time he has been trying to understand his insecurities. Is he truly good? Is there evil in the good, or any good in the evil? It’s a tale of accepting who he is, and that he might not be the good guy he thought he was, but that’s not a bad thing. And so accepts this change of character.’
