‘A continuation of the interval music, this was actually the first time I was beginning to play with ideas for what could work as the interval music. At the time, I don’t think I could be bothered to try and record more instrument bits so started experimenting with synths and weird noises. At first I thought this might be a little too dark for the comical theme of the interval sections, however when put in this place it highlights the dark, sinister connotations about to be included in the second disc and worked quite effectively. There was a brilliant case of juxtaposition with further examples of Callums genius ad-libbing from the initial dialogue I’d presented him with.’
